Vinita Bali is an Indian businesswomen who was the managing director of Britannia. She has also held high positions in other big companies such as Cadbury and Coca-Cola. Vinita is a speaker at multiple forums be it academic or an industry one. She motivates young entrepreneurs to make a mark in this industry and become top achievers. She brings a different and unique approach when it comes to marketing, innovation, operations and strategy due to her experience in working in both regional and global roles. 

Another impressive thing about Vinita Bali is that she is among 27 global leaders who were appointed in the UN to help improve child and maternal health as a part of the Scaling up Nutrition initiative.
